Street Health LA

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how SMS consent and phone number data are protected.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you visit our website, place an order, request delivery, contact us, or opt in to receive messages from Street Health LA.

  • Name, phone number, delivery address, and delivery notes you provide.
  • Order details, selected products, delivery window, payment status, and receipt information.
  • Messages you send to us through SMS, phone, forms, or customer support channels.
  • Basic website and device information used to keep the site secure and working properly.

2. How We Use Information

We use customer information only for business and service purposes, including to:

  • Process orders, coordinate delivery, and provide customer support.
  • Send transactional SMS messages such as order updates, delivery dispatch updates, tracking links, and support replies only when the customer has explicitly opted in.
  • Confirm payment status, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and maintain business records.
  • Improve our website, menu, delivery operations, and customer experience.

3. SMS Consent and Phone Number Privacy

We may collect a phone number for delivery coordination, order questions, or customer support. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS. Website customers consent to transactional and conversational SMS only by actively selecting the separate Optional SMS updates checkbox at checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and declining it does not prevent a purchase.

When the optional checkbox is selected, we record the consent time and checkout source with the order. We do not send automated order texts when it is left unchecked. The checkout opt-in is used for order, payment, receipt, delivery, tracking, and customer support messages, not promotional or marketing texts.

SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us operate messaging, delivery, payments, customer support, security, or compliance, and only as needed to provide those services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Street Health LA and may include several messages per order, delivery, or support conversation. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 424-227-6266. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Payment Information

Card and wallet payments are processed by payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website. We may store payment status, order totals, transaction references, or Zelle payment matching details for order fulfillment and recordkeeping.

5. Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, website operations, payment processing, SMS messaging, delivery coordination, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers are allowed to use customer information only as needed to provide services to Street Health LA or as required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep customer information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, support customers, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we maintain.
